Translate your GCI goal into units (sides) + weekly KPI targets

QUICK START (do this in order)
1. Go to GOAL TRACKER and set your Annual GCI Goal (yearly)
2. Confirm your defaults: NJ sale price + 2% commission per side (edit if needed)
3. Review your Total Units (Sides)
4. Pick 1–2 Buyer/Seller Activities. (Use None to leave a lane empty.)
5. Allocate your Total Units (Sides) across Buyer/Seller lanes until the validation check shows ✓ OK
6. Go to WEEKLY PLAN and block your Upstream KPI targets into the days you actually do the activity
Note: Zillow Preferred lanes assume a 40% referral deduction when calculating GCI per side for that lane.
HARD RULES (do not negotiate these)
Income Producing comes before Admin. Every day.
No zero days. Even if it's 30 minutes, do something income producing.
If you miss a day, make it up with Income Producing (not Admin tasks).
Protect your best hours. Prospecting first, then follow-up, then everything else.
"None" is allowed. Do NOT add extra pillars just because you feel behind.
Track what counts. If it doesn't meet the DEFINITIONS, it doesn't count.
How to use: Set your annual GCI goal. The planner converts it into Total Units (Sides). Choose activities for Buyer/Seller lanes and allocate units across lanes until the validation check shows OK.

Outputs: (1) Required upstream KPI per activity (weekly + yearly).
